Director feels like he is Godman, dumb stupid man. He should go and get a life. Site Manager can't converse in official language. STL does stupidity all the time. The trio tries to create mental pressure on employees. It is not a B corp, it is more like a D company. No salary hike, no promotion. Only floor cleaning work and water filling work. Monopoly. Incompetent people are working as Manager without background verification. Manager never came out of school. Manager control what’s app communication as well. Professional treated as school kid. Telling people abt time importance and never come on time. Horrible culture for anyone career-growth. Highly incompetent team. Our Glintz survey is also a formality there is no action on Manager. In fact our Manager is more powerful after that. Do not join the organisation and you will regret it later. No salary hike, only inflation rate but that too is never correct. No growth at all. You have to literally beg the management. Just horrible Site Manager. STL only keeps quiet no support to Engineers. I all situation he is silent. Think 1000 times before you accept the offer. Manager will tell you to join and work as per his terms and conditions.
