No work from home even in heavy rainy days you must come to office. Culture here feels like high school rules and timings you must maintain more than 8hrs. No bonus nothing. Work until unless you finish it.

Management is focused on bringing out the best product. The time and resources required to research is provided. Latest technologies are being used to modernise the product. The work timings are flexible. New initiatives are started to create employee engagement.

Dislikes

A lot more focus has to be created in brand management. Though the company has all good ingredients, potential candidates look for better and we'll known brands.

The company doesn’t have any good policies. I am really unsure what to give here.

1) There are no proper working hours 2) They make you work hard and pay you less. Though it might look good on the paper, what you will get in the hand is surprisingly terrible 3) No work life balance. They think they own the employees and literally put them through hell. 4) Weekends are not really weekends. Un-natural commitment to the Customers. No proper planning. If you are one of the higher management then it is Cool but if you are mid level or lower, you are done. 5) There are some practices here which cannot be deemed ethical. No work life balance. Lengthy working hours. New functionality requirements are given at 9 pm and asked to deliver on the same day. They will call you and ask you to fix bugs even when you are on leave. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, we have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as we work for UAE so late nights stay part of our work life.
