There is no variable component in CTC, everything is fixed.

Dislikes

This company doesn't have a long-term vision, surving on daily basis. Appraisal, salary is not on time, no work life balance. This company doesn't work on any solution of a problem, they just get rid of them in a very pathetic way. HR policies are worst, they're of no help.

The company doesn’t have any good policies. I am really unsure what to give here.

1) There are no proper working hours 2) They make you work hard and pay you less. Though it might look good on the paper, what you will get in the hand is surprisingly terrible 3) No work life balance. They think they own the employees and literally put them through hell. 4) Weekends are not really weekends. Un-natural commitment to the Customers. No proper planning. If you are one of the higher management then it is Cool but if you are mid level or lower, you are done. 5) There are some practices here which cannot be deemed ethical.
