The company has been struggling to build and ship a product. They have lost most of their customers and barely have any revenues. Most of the functions have very few employees and that's expected to get worse. The founders lacks integrity, lots of empty promises, lacks vision, very notorious for changing employee policies at will (especially Indian employees). Extremely toxic culture from top down. Managers are non technical and they always have complaints for everything that you do. Real hard work and talent is not valued. Leaves are of no use as manager’s gets instructions to not approve leaves during festival seasons. They don’t approve leave more than 1 day and even for the sick leaveyour manger will have complains. Worst worth life balance as you are expected to work till late night and attend meetings on early morning. Too many meetings and too much work. You will get a warning from HR or manager even if you skip a single meeting. You are expected to work on weekends and nights. No hike and they will also cut the salary pay which is part of your CTC....Read More
