Great Work life balance. 40 hours a week is something that they adhere to and so that allows you to work for 9 hours for 4 days and 4 hours on the other day. Decent hike and appraisal if you consider that it's in Kolkata.

Dislikes

It might not be good for you if you are very ambitious.

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
