Honestly Hyatt Regency Chennai have many activities to boost the employee's skills and they are ready to offer opportunities to freshers.

Dislikes

FOOD FOOD FOOD Hotel suppose to provide some better food and shouldn't take cost control into food. Less manpower and poorly maintained machineries in almost all outlets let employees to feel like they're in pressure cooker always.

Even well known of troubles on job none of the managers are ready to work on it. They just want to follow the previous manager's way to run the time.

Overall the cultural diversity and the learning that you'll get is amazing.

Salary too low in accordance with high inflation in 2023. No work life balance as such, you have to work 12-13 hours everyday no matter what. No employee related activities or events. Staff shortage and high pressure working environment.
