I have worked in the CRM department The HOD of Crm is very bad, she just yells at junior. For me .. very bad experience in my life and I got this experience from my boss (HOD) and her name is shital nair. And If you are in crm department then you cannot take leave...because here crm does not get leave ... Yes, but leave policy will definitely be mentioned.
