Job security purely depends on the talent and determination one have. Also the culture is okayish, a bit pressure at work. Company policies are good to work with, but yeah need to be very patient for few.

Dislikes

A lot of inputs are required to build bond with people at work. Have to be patient with the team. Also internal team bonds are very low so have to take care of that alot. Career growth is a bit slow.
