Management gives constructive criticism when it is needed and praise when it's due. In my last 7-8 yrs 1st time I met a Sales Head who genuinely cares for everyone's growth both professionally and personally. His advice has helped me grow in my career and this is helping me immensely in my current role. Though my stint at Hunar didn't last long, I wish I could have worked a little longer. My perspective of looking at life has changed and now I feel I got the maturity that was missing in the past. Dislikes

Leaders on the ground need to learn, how to treat people. The way the CEO and Sales Head speak about their vision is not getting represented by these junior leaders. They should also focus on Student's concerns as a priority.

Product and Thought of the company how they're helping the women in need to stand on themselves. CEO is thoughtful good with brain and talk. Under CEO managers spoiling the company and product mainly the Sales manager too much fake talks infront of CEO.

Dislikes

Poor Management skills, bad infrastructure (very bad washrooms) you will find broken chairs AC will never work. Every time Work 15 days continuously. Not following govt rules in working hours inside making everyone to work for 10-12 hrs and giving 8hrs salary. Cheap behaviour among all teams no profesionalism. Mostly it is like a vegetable market rather than a corporate company. Regret of working to a company where they will through the hard work in dustbin. Too much fake promises to employees....Read More

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
