Poor Management skills, bad infrastructure (very bad washrooms) you will find broken chairs AC will never work. Every time Work 15 days continuously. Not following govt rules in working hours inside making everyone to work for 10-12 hrs and giving 8hrs salary. Cheap behaviour among all teams no profesionalism.
