Nothing to like about never seen this much of waste organisation ever in my lifee Personal suggestion ( it’s better to be jobless than to work in this shit company )

They not even pay salary on time, supervisors always cry that they don’t have money, they are in loss etc, full politics ( only chaatu employees are honoured here ) they are not running a company they are running a shit show, making employees work overtime and on weekends too but can’t pay them on time….. AN ORGANISATION RUNNING BY A BUNCH OF IDIOTS AND SADISTS

Product and Thought of the company how they're helping the women in need to stand on themselves. CEO is thoughtful good with brain and talk. Under CEO managers spoiling the company and product mainly the Sales manager too much fake talks infront of CEO.

Dislikes

...ill find broken chairs AC will never work. Every time Work 15 days continuously. Not following govt rules in working hours inside making everyone to work for 10-12 hrs and giving 8hrs salary. Cheap behaviour among all teams no profesionalism. Mostly it is like a vegetable market rather than a corporate company. Regret of working to a company where they will through the hard work in dustbin. Too much fake promises to employees.

1) The authorities are unaware of what is going on in their company. 2) People don't voice out their issues. 3) Work culture is very bad. 4) Behaviour of managers is very bad. 5) Everyone wants just gossip, if they don't get one they will create it by defaming people in the organization. 6) People are more interested in you personal life rather than how are you working.

Management gives constructive criticism when it is needed and praise when it's due. In my last 7-8 yrs 1st time I met a Sales Head who genuinely cares for everyone's growth both professionally and personally. His advice has helped me grow in my career and this is helping me immensely in my current role. Though my stint at Hunar didn't last long, I wish I could have worked a little longer. My perspective of looking at life has changed and now I feel I got the maturity that was missing in the past. If you wanted to grow and are open to learning, that may help you to grow in your career this is the best place.

Dislikes

Leaders on the ground need to learn, how to treat people. The way the CEO and Sales Head speak about their vision is not getting represented by these junior leaders. They should also focus on Student's concerns as a priority.
