Product and Thought of the company how they're helping the women in need to stand on themselves. CEO is thoughtful good with brain and talk. Under CEO managers spoiling the company and product mainly the Sales manager too much fake talks infront of CEO.

Poor Management skills, bad infrastructure (very bad washrooms) you will find broken chairs AC will never work. Every time Work 15 days continuously. Not following govt rules in working hours inside making everyone to work for 10-12 hrs and giving 8hrs salary. Cheap behaviour among all teams no profesionalism. Mostly it is like a vegetable market rather than a corporate company. Regret of working to a company where they will through the hard work in dustbin. They not even pay salary on time, supervisors always cry that they don’t have money, they are in loss etc, full politics ( only chaatu employees are honoured here ) they are not running a company they are running a shit show, making employees work overtime and on weekends too but can’t pay them on time….. AN ORGANISATION RUNNING BY A BUNCH OF IDIOTS AND SADISTS

The reason for leaving the organization is because of partially sales MD and CEO is good they support in all the situation but the other heads of the department sales head and manager has destroy the working culture of all the employee by playing the political hub.

Work life was good till January 2022 but after sales head took charge the working mind set has been change because of his culture.
