Management gives constructive criticism when it is needed and praise when it's due. In my last 7-8 yrs 1st time I met a Sales Head who genuinely cares for everyone's growth both professionally and personally. His advice has helped me grow in my career and this is helping me immensely in my current role. Though my stint at Hunar didn't last long, I wish I could have worked a little longer. Leaders on the ground need to learn, how to treat people. The way the CEO and Sales Head speak about their vision is not getting represented by these junior leaders. They should also focus on Student's concerns as a priority.

Everything was fine bt work culture not good after 1 year on my work experience. Between manger and some employees. That is the reason I left Hunar online courses.
