Joining Humanhire was one of the worst decisions I made. From the very beginning, the experience was disappointing. They deducted part of the batch's salary without any valid explanation, which felt highly unprofessional. The training period was unnecessarily stressful, with immense pressure and unrealistic expectations. Work-life balance is non-existent; the work environment is chaotic and overwhelming. On top of that, the founder appears confused and lacks a clear vision, further adding to the instability of the organization. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend anyone to join this company.
