Huawei released me from the project when the pandemic starts, but I still want to share my experience there. The time I spend in Huawei is quite inevitable and articulate. The managers, team members all were sincerely helpful to bolster myself and to led a balanced work life there. Company policies, restrictions, rules, precautions during pandamic and so on were excellent there. In the case of covid-19 spread; when the cases were reported in China and within two weeks, Huawei provided sanitizers, N-19 masks and nomal face masks to the employees and gave a crystal clear awareness about the situation. When I was there, they usually conduct security moke drills, cyber security awareness, health awareness and so on. In a nut shell, Huawei is a place where anyone can work comfortably and balance their life, if the job position and outcome is good....Read More

To be frank, there is nothing such as a dislike, there. But I think, if they give more opportunities to learn technologies through direct trainings, it would be useful to the employees to explore themselves and will definitely helps to boom many researchers in the company itself.

It is a typical Chinease company and good for them only. Experienced professionals of other country origins may have to report to inexperienced chinese employees. This company dont trust employees of other countries origin. Some time they adopt unethical business practises to win the business.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
