Office closes sharp at 6pm and people leave by 6pm only. No culture of overstaying, unless there is urgency. Hence, work-life balance is exemplary. There is hardly any office politics. Coworkers are quite friendly and conducive environment prevails in the office.

Dislikes

Salary never comes in time. They always disburse salaries after 10 - 15 days from the month-end. Promoters lack vision. Company is operating under huge debts. It is very risky to work in such an organisation.

The company is open to innovation and deadly adopts latest technology . I love the fact that I am a part of a team. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgroundand we work happily in collaboration

Dislikes

Company is decent but the work pressure is very high , I have to work 15-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night .
