For Off role employees only Work life balance: office shift end at 6 pm mostly but need to stretch one time a week. Salary n benefits: only salary and no benefits Promotion n appraisal: no promotion and very low appraisal Job security: Terrible. At least for my department, there doesn't exist any work-life balance. Everyone is expected to work from morning till 6-7 p.m. in the evening otherwise you aren't working enough and it will be highlighted in your quarterly appraisals and morning meetings.
