Average work environment is average and culture. The entire management is been driven by few bunch of people. The entire management works on perception.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Their policies and hire and fire rule. They don't even know why do they need people at first place. Once been hired they will try to find department and later if they are not able to fitin then they will ask that person to leave.

The job was little undefined. One day you might be working for operation, the other you might be working for product.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
