Uper head management are not aware about the internal loop which is going on and even after review and feedback form the managers are manupulating and forcing employees to fill good about them . Due to which mental pressure occur and employee resign. Company policies are good. But HR should be more transparent while giving feedback to uper management.

This is not a long time place for new bees and Hard workers. Very tough to sustain and get incentives. If manager supports the new bee then possible to get incentives or salary increase. I wasted my 2 years of career here.
