yeah!! here we are. i will say uniform...should change the uniform that does not look good for such huge company on top of that its a designer company we expect some thing different @sorry should work on that.provide id card but not allow to use inside the store.name bedge is good but every time fell down.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
