Company policies are good. Work environment is also good.most important is training..every six month we get training about new arrivals, new trends..fabric knowledge etc.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
