Likes

Good wory environment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria. And good for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

Work Details

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job training.

No growth in this Hotel. salary very low give associate. No future in this hotel. I hope This Hotel will change some rules .

The company is ready to adopt new technology & open to learn new things.I was having open hand to implements new ideas which I have learn in Taj/ITC.Hotel location is very good very near to Taj Mahal. We have maximum foreign clients. Atmosphere is very healthy.

Dislikes

Being owner doesn't belong to the hotel Industry,that is why he is not professional.But other hand he listen to me & do discus about the hotel requirement . He do incur rage people.

My work was very challenging because I am looking after all the department + there taring,motivation,checking food product,room linen + Marketing, liaison etc

Because the location of this property is very good, and we can see The Taj Mahal at the roof top.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions.
