My job was good but too much of interference of the MD he get the work done from the vendors but he hardly pays the. eg Dask Engineers, Bhola motor winder, Tile mechanic and many more.

Dislikes

If the MD will stops interfering in technical department then i suppose things will work. safety is a big issue in this department. And I would advice some government officials to have a visit.

Work Details

Holiday is not a Star Hotel in any respect, it is like a Dhabba. The Owner needs flattering, he calls himself Bhramha. Very hopeless guy. Don't know what is the future of the staff there. I advise all the qualified staff to look for another job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

No facility for the staff. the staff cafeteria seams like wet garbage. and the staff grabs the plates as if they will not get the food or the food will finish. food is tasteless no hygienic. stray dog and the staff sits on the same chairs. God Save Hotel Holiday Home of Ranchi.
