Frauds... Blackspot on the name of the IT company. Shameless management will never succeed they have digested my salary. Hr department is the worst. I can assure you, if you join this company it will be a nightmare for your entire life.

I joined the hostbook on 15th May 2024, they kicked me out on 29th May, they gave me excuse that I did not clear the mock call so they discontinue my job even they didn't informed us that our is dependent on the mock call..whole things are strategy cause the salary day was coming it's 1 june.

I'll keep it concise and crisp: 1. The company works on "word hard party hard culture". You will be rewarded pretty amazingly on deliveries you committed. 2. Being a startup, I got a chance to develop skillset not just around my financial side.. I got exposure in marketing, sales, development to some extent, which is amazing for my overall development. 3. Onto the paycheck side, I have grown 4x in the last 3 yrs.. So I believe, if one is contributing to the overall mission, compensation would not be a challenge.. 4. Things that I dislike are: 1. There are instances where I have to be at work late nights.. But atleast it not very often since I don't let things to get in my backlog.. Plus we have alternate saturdays working.. 2. There is no pension plan as most private corporate.. So plan accordingly.. Plus no transportation for daytime shift..
