Work life balance is there but nothing much for growth. You won't get your incentives.. All they expect is you keep giving business and there is no such thing as tracking of incentives. So you won't get yours no matter what you do.. I left with 4lakhs of incentives not getting received..

This guy omkar only entertain girl candidate. He Watches movie & anime with fellow female Excutive Also do chipkugiri. Poor communication with intern. I wanted to work here but because of them i left. hiring people at excutive without any skill test. I heard Both TLs don't want good looking male candidate. no sat sun off and expecting high performance at 5k stipend in 2months.
