I loved my job the time I was there. Teammates and the staff were cooperative; working environment was good though stressful at times. You learn a lot of things as you need to be prepared to do things not related to your job! The management appreciates and do actually consider suggestions made by employees. Remuneration is generous. Quit the institution due to personal reasons.

Dislikes

Seniors can be quite arrogant sometimes; you may not receive your salary on time (happens often)

The work was quite hectic but exciting! I worked long hours but as you're provided with good facilities (free food, travel, etc.) long hours didn't bothered me.

Worst don't join it. Hire and fire attitude. Bad pay Master. Mr. Chari and Mr Ruikar do not have management skills. Both are not educated enough to understand the problems of the staff and students. They are just good at managing money of others.
