Due to maximum resignation there has been a choas in the industry. And HOD and Leads are always indirectly playing politics and pressurize there junior. Plus the approval process is quite stringent. Good point is questions asked by Japanese heads will help you think more deeply and your why's will become more clear as answers will be find by yourself only there will no help from existing leads. Biggest problem in the industry that has happened is the HR and Admin heads are always making worst rules and not helping out there employees, acting as goons in the company which you can see everywhere. Already said the leads and heads always not fit for the industry. Only those who are at HOD are having the knowledge due to many years of experience in same domain which they have learnt in so many years. And most important the policy makers are just making policy to create mental disturbance of the employees. There is no such positive and educational information shared by HRs and Top management. It's not like everyone is bad by mostly this is the situation. Suggestions make the employees happy and don't harass them. Salary is important so make them understand how to save income tax and company should make structure in such a way employees income tax is saved by company itself....Read More

1 Management is forcing people to work overtime frequently 2 No work life balace 3 Longer work hours and unrealistic deadlines will make your health worse here. 4 project management is very poor. 5 no proper reporting manager, as everyone will tell you what to do. You end up doing nothing.

In Honda culture is Good , mangement respect every employees , Japnese never show as they are superior they work together as team work and follow ethics of corporate working . I am fully satisfied working in Honda , In which my personal life is balanced and not effected due to company work .
