During OJT the experience i am getting and filteration am passing through in getting more precision in being as a Engineering Quality member in New Model Engine testing is commendable. And yes career growth is very high if one paying attention on his work besides rumours and getting his minds and thoughts all over at his work. Dislikes

Work pressure is very high some has to attend double shift straight in a day. To accomplish the work. And yet has no value as coordinator. Cant suggest or cant give any openion. Team mates behaves some times odd which is very awkward. Acc. to the work pressure CTC is not good.

Have to look after the engine level test on labs and vehicle level test on outdoor and indoor as per schedule. Have to collect date of before and after test of both engine level and vehicle level. Assy. and disassy. of engines and inspection of the parts.
