It's been 7 months now @ Homesfy, my personal opinion about this organization is awesome, they give us complete opportunity to grow, the work environment, the work culture, and the management they all are so down to earth. At Homesfy you have a good opportunity and career path to choose - HR, Accounts, Marketing, Real Estate, Loan, Finance, Admin, Customer Service, Market Analysis, Trainer etc.... This company believes in catering the client with home buying and believes in helping them to choose the best home of their choice rather they then being pushy on sales. Company also takes care about your personal growth by conducting trainings on several topics like leadership, communication, sales strategies, etc.... It's have good work culture, need to test and executive different platforms of digital marketing. The company try new aspects of business growth.

Dislikes

There's no work balance, no personal life. Lots of interference from the members that make the work more difficult to server.
