Flexible work hours. (That's ideally over 14 to15hrs of work minimum)😉

Dislikes

No promotions, bad appraisal, top level internal politics. They only pressurize employees in the name of targets and process improvements, but got no control over, factory nor vendors.

Nothing much other than my colleagues.

Organization Structure, too much dependency on Square partners, you don't feel you're part of HL if you're in the operations side, more like you belong to the area assigned, that's it.. it's too project manager centric which will overburden the PMs and they shall soon start neglecting quality output
