They work on hire and fire method. They will hire someone on a CTC and then once the person will complete one year the person will ask for some hike and then they will fire him. After this they will again hire someone on the same CTC. This way they plan to cut costs.

Absolutely nothing. They work on hire and fire principle. Once the company's business is slow they will gire you. They tell a joke that company is under losses and could not sustain your salary ( mind you just after 15 days into lockdown! LOL they get to rock bottom losses by not working for 15 days is it? Are you fooling your investers then by saying EBITDA positive?)
