Dislikes

Demeaning, sarcasm, scolding, and abuse are very common in Product Teams. Besides, there is no learning, The Principal Product Managers will give the rubbish work to PM 1/2 and will keep the good projects with them.

None. Only lower level folks are nice but under the mercy of senior folks

Dislikes

Nothing. Senior management and leadership is like a dictatorship. Only the CBO runs the show and if you go against him, you are fired without notice. No proper way to talk to employees, you will be abused/ shouted upon in meetings etc. Poor pay structure, will incentivise you with stocks/RSU which have no value, and you might never see it materialise, and you will be fired. No training, unrealistic expectations, poor tech talent and you will be asked to do wonders without dev support. HR will trouble you to login on time ( no flexibility) - each work hour is tracked like a school system. Old folks are resistant to change, too much politics, no innovation and learning. Its an operations company with poor customer ethics and employee care and trying to show itself as a tech company. My advice is to not join or you will suffer....Read More

Likes

Working for Homelane was the worst experience of my life. No room for out of the box thinking and innovation. Engineering team is bad. This experience will set you back 3 years atleast. You are expected to work and be available on weekends too along with all weekdays because the business runs mainly on weekends.
