Weekends working Almost every Saturday and even are forced to work on Sundays and sometimes work for other teams as well if they had more volume that week come in Extra hours...no proper shift timing Management is very bad and hr will change the policy overnight without any prior information Transportation :- only one way is provided and that too if you work any shift other then general shift(9-6) Manager just spoke to us once in 8 month's doesn't remember when we even joined the organisation. Extremely target focused and will drop a mail if the count is even less by 1 invoice They used Gmail and not outlook and also the sap tool is old one and Excel is old one and will keep getting hanged and the it will not update the excel to higher paid version No team actively Incentive is provided but the target is unachievable and employees are forced to achive it The work is like data entry and learning part is next to zero. Office food is all very bad...!! Management is extremely bad And entire year you have 4 leave and 6 optional which you are not able to take and the manager will not approve the leave Sincere request please avoid the company at all cost...!!...Read More

This is the worrest I never seen such kind of company in my life so much politics of this company. I suggest better don't join here if u join this company u never get time to spend ur family also u can't able eat food also. That much work pressure and politics. And moreover they don't give hike properly if u do had work also they don't find you what they wants do that they will do. Nothing you like about this company worst company ever dont join of you want to join then you have to do buttering for you manager

Its the worst company and management is really pathetic company provides you optional leaves but you mangers they dont allow you apply for your leaves. Even on weekends they ask you to work for other countries once you login their is no logout time. They only ask for count as if we are working for sales team.
