The people sitting in management positions are responsible for making good talents leave the organisation. They don’t have manners how to behave in an organisation. The person at the VP position for RTR have their 2 fav person changu and mangu who will get promoted almost every year and the rest of the team will get bare minimum that too below inflation rate.
