Work culture in my current organization is awesome.They have helped us by providing necessary things such as PPE kits,whenever we are working outside either in hospitals or vendors location.They have strongly recommend our field engineer to safe & to go out for work unless & until mandate.But recommend us to Work from home.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
