Infrastructure/result oriented departments/organisational capabilities/experiencing real corporate environment/

Dislikes

Inappropriate plannings/execution/combination and smoothness of work between different departments is poor/ not everyone believes in taking company to a higher profitable margins/ officer rank employees are always chased negatively by senior managers or manager/ proper guidance and team building is needed to achieve unexpected and milestones.

The only good thing is that the company give salary on time. Nothing else good to talk.

Dislikes

The organisation only focused towards the profit and its growth. Not of the employees. The give minimum salary. No work life balance. Discrimination. Double standard. exploitation of employees. No adequate facilities like toilet, pure drinking water, canteen meal.and also proper parking facilities.
