Overall i found good company but not suitable for me after covid -19 situation its hard to survive there because of some personal issues that's why am looking for job change.

Low salary increment they increase only 10 % in a year which is very low amount to survive in this current situation of inflation every where in world and in our country

SALARY NEVER ON TIME. they make you literally cry for your money. Head Management alwys says "main pagar de raha hau, main bolunga waisa krne ka nahi to salary katunga" No respect to employees.

My work was very challenging as I had to report to MD as well as Manger. I worked on every project from design to commissioning. All EPC related documents and design taken care by me.

Dislikes

Monthly salary not on time. Seniors don't help much for doing work. Management does false promises for salary compensation but when you leave the company they don't give it to you.

My work is a lot challenging as i have to report to MD as well as Manger. I work there as a Electrical Engineer in fire detection and alarm systems. I also work for lighting design. I do all EPC work, right from design to commissioning.

This is a first generation family run business where family members are Directors. Mr. Sunil Bhosale, his wife and his son. His wife treats female employees like her maid. They never care about employee's emotions and mindsets. Employees are monitored by the cameras in office and screening at the house all the time. There is no accountability taken by directors for their own acts. They use employee's personal stuffs kept in drawers when employees are not in office. They will snatch the mobile phone if an employee is using it for more then 1 minute. Many more things happen here.........Read More
