This is a first generation family run business where family members are Directors. Mr. Sunil Bhosale, his wife and his son. His wife treats female employees like her maid. They never care about employee's emotions and mindsets. Employees are monitored by the cameras in office and screening at the house all the time. There is no accountability taken by directors for their own acts. They use employee's personal stuffs kept in drawers when employees are not in office. The working process pretty good than other construction company. And I liked it. I have work past 3years and I enjoyed..

In the site supervisor's & Engineer's behavior is very rude. They are not helping you & explaining for working process. They need only progress. For his increment. Because they have not educational employee they have not a basic brain...
