Friendly environment where your suggestions and concerns are all heard. A great scope to learn and progress one's career. After 6 months of engagement, Hitech gives the option to switch fields/roles within the organization.

Dislikes

There is a systematic approach to dealing with every problem that properly follows all hierarchical checkpoints, which sometimes becomes a bit cumbersome & time consuming.

Instead of fostering a supportive work environment they resort to personal attack to personal attack on employees private lives, creating a toxic atmosphere of fear and mistreat.
