First note, It's not pure MNC company. Company started in 2012, but till date company continues book lose only. EBITA is stiil nagative. Salary Structure, Promotion, Increment, Knowledge Growth, Company Growth everything are not upto the mark as compared to other companies. It's name only Hitachi, but work culture are totally like small indian factories. No Growth at all... Don't join this company in any position...Read More

After 10 years of my experience Company not giving salary rise more than 5% at any position accept top management person.

No Growth, No promotion after 10 Experience in F&A Dept.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
