Except Job security nothing is good here in Hitachi-Hirel. It's name only Hitachi. Practical is it's all Hirel indian management. No change for employees welfare, salary, facilities. Nothing is good except Job security.

Dislikes

Don't have any work culture. Your boss acts as a god for you & company supports that. Ultimately you have to please your boss personally, not by your work and effort for company. U have to give effort to please your boss.
