Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that manufacture , high-quality products and has a global client base. There are more opportunities to learning. There are less opportunities to growth. There are no increment in finance. Over all there are good platforms for learning.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Because I have a better opportunity to grow up my carrier.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
