We were doing college campus placements. In which we travelled in different cities all over in India. And it helps me to improve my personality development sills and the working environment is good. Collegues are very helpful to each other.

Dislikes

There is no on job training for fresher. The only thing is that you have to provide business from the very first month to get the salary.

Work Details

I was working as Hr Executive. So, we recruit the students individually through portal. We are using the job portals such as quikr, timesjob, shine, etc. And i was also doing college campus placements through ehich we recruit the students for our clients.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

The worst company I have ever worked for...they didn't pay the full salary as asked in the interview. Even they asked every employee to stay in the meeting with open camera through the whole day. If you are not able to pay the full salary, then you have no right to ask the employee to stay in the meeting throughout the day. They'll make you work 24*7. Basically a freelancing job disguised as a full time position. They'll set unrealistic targets for you. During salary payment, Ifra Naaz will manipulate and gaslight you into thinking that whatever they have paid is still much more than you deserve. Salary and salary days are also not fixed. First companyI have worked with as a full time employee and had the worst of experience of my life. Writing the review here so that you guys don't waste your time here. They might have good followers on LinkedIn but it is a small business with little to no work environment. Also, salaries are paid with the use of UPI and Paytm. The company is absolute fraudulent, the owners INFRA AHMED & SYED ANAS ABDULLAH, is a hypocrite. I worked there for few weeks, no training was provided and directly work was assigned to us. They will make you work for 9 hrs straight for a peanut salary. Targets based salary , also the freak Sir don't even know how what professional ism is , he literally threat candidate to join the other company for their benifits. Also they hire many candidate's now and then take work for them and then left them without answers, all in all ONLY LABOUR NO PAY !! One of the worst company to work .
