The company(HPCL) is open for new innovations and new technology as well. My team is very good and I love that I was a part in my team. Here(HPCL) producing the quality products. Company gives a lot of situations to build up my ideas and working ability as well.

Dislikes

I don't receive any appreciation from my GM's and managers. Because managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. They won't retrieve me back because they got contract of one year with me.

Work Details

As a graduate engineer trainee, I have to look over the maintenance and processing jobs in concerned plant

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The training period is one year only after that no job security if they provide a job in the company for atlist 2years very good for career.

Work Details

My work is trainee engineer in projects-instrumentation department following the modrization projects in instrumentation works installation and commissioning of transmitters,control valves, flowmeters,gas detectors,pannels shifting and fire alarm system.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
