1. Job security is one of the biggest and prominent aspect of working in HCCBPL. 2. Salary disbursement and policies are one of the best structured process. 3. Career growth is depending on the mentor you get. ( this part is a luck in HCCBPL) 4. Training programs are in place online and developed very good portal for the same. Also the portal covers almost all training require to survive in job.

1. Work environment is always in pressures which can reduce drastically by appropriate planning but at the same time everything stops due to the late approvals and all stops there only. 2. Career growth is completely dependent on mentor/ managers. 3.Worklife balance is very poor and it is in policies only.

I have worked in HCCBPL mostly in Production, Maintenance and maintenance planning. The experience till 2017 in Nashik is almost rocking. I have learned as well as implemented many things in production and maintenance, infra etc. as per company goals.

If they will start using people with their highest potential with stream suitable to him , company will achieve more greatness.
