I did my Apprenticeship at the aerodynamics and Aero-Structures teams of RWRDC division. The Apprenticeship is for over a year's period. You get a stipend to manage not more than your living expenses and subsidised food. But a great place to start your career if are sitting idle without a proper job in your domain. One may start to feel like there is nothing to learn, but there is a whole world of aerospace manufacturing to provide you a variety of hands-on experience. Strict timing with a little bit of positive when considering the Bengaluru traffic. You may have to fight to get some proper work to work on, most of the time systems won't be available, shop works may not cheer you, but the free time can be used to learn variety of manufacturing techniques and management tricks. Though apprentices doesn't have much effect other than the stipend to deduct for taking leave, the permanent employees may faces certain black marks on taking leaves. Very less of holidays and allowed leaves can be seen as a disadvantage....Read More

I started this training last year in HAL, Nashik I thought that time that it will help me for my career growth. But somehow the training not that much good as everyone thinks. The total training responsibility is on only one department. They put candidate randomly in different shops of company without knowing his/her interest. As we are all going through this pandemic. The government released GR, where in that it is mentioned that everyone will get the stipend during the lockdown period. But they are not providing any stipend. We tried to contact to training department but they are not giving suitable reason that what is next. We all are getting upset for this condition...Read More

The behaviour of employees, managers, officers is very rude. They don't give a respect as per our qualification.
