They do not have any inhouse project, if you want to work go for client location as a external that too only few clients. If not then bench is the only option. If you will be on bench for long term in year then no hike, they gave rating 2 with no change in ctc. Graduate engineer trainee are on bench from more then a year. No scope for trainee as client also wants experience candidate.

No projects at all for electronics. Most of the employees are on bench. Even the managers are on bench. No new learnings. They directly declined for giving any trainings. Appraisal is not given on the basis of work you are done, it is given on the basis of attendance you are filling on time or not. And even if you are on project then also you will get hike less than the bench people. Zero job security. If your project is end then they will told you to give resign....Read More

Appraisal was delayed; no salary arrears for the delayed months. No meetings on a quarterly, yearly, or monthly basis. No appreciation mails, employee awards, or joining kits. No proper communication from the management level. No team outings, no employee appreciation rewards for gratuities. Many more to be listed but yet to be said.

In my case they do not clear at the time of interview they are going to deploy employee at client location. Need to give multiple interviews to get selected at client location. No job security. No salary hike no job position even after candidate having sufficient experience. No project is assigned since joining. No future clarification.

Being in Hinduja tech limits to involve in core technical activities and focuses more on CAD design and other activities. Hinduja tech has poor pay and appraisals in Ashok Leyland compared to main Hinduja tech office. 90 days notice period can be bought out but it depends on Ashok Leyland approval which is huge disadvantage.
