Hi there! The L&T company is having a good fame in the market but there is no growth here in any employees career. The management doesnt care about the lower level employees. There is lack of motivation in it. No promotions for years together and no increments in salaries. The manager level people will eat all the profits of the executive level employees. Maybe not all managers but I faced it. Over all I can recommend any guy not to join here and waste their beautiful career. Don't be fooled by seeing the company name and fame. non consistent projects, most of the workforce is working since many years. And they have developed artitude of justifying delays and not working seriously. Time pass time is high among employees. favoritism exist in giving US visa or onsite opportunities. Managers lie to members about promotion and onsite opportunities just to retain employees. I have learn how to not be a manager in Lnt. I quit within 1.2 years. And took a break. Dis language course and moved abroad easily. Dont waste your time here if you are a north indian .
