It is a private company good to work . The amenities are good . Employees are good . There are cooperative society for employees . Health care facility is good .

The Unit leaders are purely dominated by Sr Leaders and follow their own ego policy . The promotions and increments are purely person basis not performance basis , only system are their to show . Ego of leaders are too much and there is no equilibrium amongst the employees . They make groups of employees to run the site. There is noempathy towards the employees . Top management is recruiting a few candidates from outside who neither have loyalty not have ethics. Even top leaders are resigning m number times and increasing their packages and also promoting few old guys to be at top who have target to expel employees on no reason or very silly reasons.

He often displayed self-centered behavior, regularly insulted team members, and created a negative work environment. Despite the company having a work-from-home policy, he consistently refused to approve it, forced late sittings, and frequently had issues approving leaves, even for legitimate reasons.
