The company has a long term vision which it shares with its employees with full transparency. The work culture is one of the best in the industry. Hilti is definitely one of the best companies to work for in its segment.

Dislikes

Being a Pure Sales Organization sometimes there is a challenge of career growth because of limited openings/positions available.

Work Details

Generally Speaking, my car is my second home as i need to travel almost 4 days a week inter/intra city to meet my clients for pre and after post sales services that we offer. We have a bouquet of solutions available for our customers.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
